What an Asset!!!! We wanted to tell everyone that we obviously purchased anew car from Valley Hi Nissan. What we want to say is we thought the car buying experience onc We wanted to tell everyone that we obviously purchased anew car from Valley Hi Nissan. What we want to say is we thought the car buying experience once again was going to be dreadful, exhausting, and completely miserable. WERE WE WRONG!!!!! We had the pleasure of working with ERSKINE. If you are going to buy a car this is who you want to have the experience buying a car from. HANDS DOWN!!!!!! WE never were pressured or pushed to buy a car with him. We met him and explained what we were looking for and wanting to do. He told us he understood and asked if he could try to help us. We agreed. From that moment to the end, he never acted or conducted himself as a shark type salesman. He demonstrated the ability why he does his job. I own a company and wow!!! This is a person everyone would want to work for them!!!! He was very professional with his job but was more like your best friend. He showed his feelings and knowledge with everything from the hello to saying thank you as we left. He NEVER pushed us into a sale. He had a lot of knowledge from car to car and help us find a car my wife really loved. We had been to other dealerships and did not get the same experience that we received from ERSKINE! I would definitely buy another car again from Valley Hi Nissan. More importantly I would buy another car from ERSKINE! He is an asset that every company should have. The company should model their people after him!!!! He is one of the reason Valley HI is so successful!!!! In closing I would say, If you are going to buy a car/truck, don't count out Valley - Hi NIssan. MORE IMPORTANTLY DON"T COUNT OUT WORKING WITH A PERSON WHO CARES, IS NOT ABOUT ALL THE TACTICS USED TO SALE CARS, BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY DEMONSTRATES HOW A PERSON SHOULD BE TREATED!!!!!!!
