Amazing maintenance crew I bought my Tundra from texas and it is flex fuel, I got my first service from toyota of Stockton and for some reason they forgot to do my oil change I bought my Tundra from texas and it is flex fuel, I got my first service from toyota of Stockton and for some reason they forgot to do my oil change for my 1st maintenance. I was able to get my oil change done in Valley Hi Toyota with the help of Jacky. Though it took them a little long, it was completely understandable because it was saturday means it was really busy day. Extremely long wait time to purchase car It took us less then an hour to come to an agreement. It took us 6 hours to do paper work, 5 hours of it was just literally sitting around waiting for It took us less then an hour to come to an agreement. It took us 6 hours to do paper work, 5 hours of it was just literally sitting around waiting for the finance guys and managers to do their job. We arrived at the dealership around 11:30 and did not leave until 6pm. We were treated extremely well by the salesperson, Logan did an amazing job keeping us entertained for the 6 hours. I was also disappointed with the installed dealership alarm that they would not remove because it would cost them money. I don’t like this device being installed on my car. I was also told that a amanager would not approve filling gas into my car because it has a quarter tank... 5 miles after driving off the lot the gas light came on and I had to go and get gas. I was told because the gas light wasn’t on at the dealer they won’t fill it up. It’s the little things for the customer that makes them happy and the little things upset me and didn’t make me feel appreciated. More
