"Car Repair and New CAr Purchase"

Josh Fix in the service department was excellent and kept me posted on the repairs. The car was ready when he said it would be. While there purchased a new vehicle from Jerry Robinson. This is my second purchase with Jerry and my third Honda. Jerry was excellent to work with. If I purchase another car I will see Jerry. I give Jerry 5 plus stars too.

"Prompt attention and fast service. "

Scheduled my appt online, taken right back as soon as I got there. Oil changed, tires rotated and car checked over. I was finished and ready to go within less than an hour. Fast and Friendly!!

"Our back windshield shattered unexpectedly! "

When we called Ken Saturday afternoon, he immediately told us to bring the car in the next day! When we arrived at Valley Honda, he had a loaner car ready for us . We spoke to the manager, showed him the window and he told us the service department would evaluate the situation on Monday! Monday, Josh called to say it was covounder warranty, and they’d have it ready by Wednesday. Tuesday evening, Josh called to say it was ready!!! Very professional, kind and easy to work with every time!!

"Routine Oil Change and Tire Rotation- Super Quick, Easy "

Even though it was a busy day at the dealership service department, the service technician greeted me with a smile and person attention. He noted the routine oil change and tire rotation and updated the car maintenance. It was a quick service appointment with having me out the door in less than one hour, which my young son was incredible grateful about. Thank you!

My dealer Amanda is so friendly and responsive. Also the customer service at Valley Honda is great. Staffs are nice. Online scheduling system is extremely convenient. I love the customer room here--it's so cozy, with iPad and soft drinks at service. I will recommend my friends interested in Honda come here. I purchased my Fit 2017 here and it was cheaper for 400 bucks than Umansky Honda. The people here and illumination for the space are significantly better than Umansky. That's why I always drive 50 mins for maintenance and services from Charlottesville to Staunton.
