Horrible customer service I had taken my car last week to valley Kia to check my check engine light.. something very minor and had to waited about 4 hours but that was ok Bc I I had taken my car last week to valley Kia to check my check engine light.. something very minor and had to waited about 4 hours but that was ok Bc I took the whole day off to have my car worked on .. so later that day after I drove off my light came back on and my car starts to shake so I'm like did they even do anything?? I call to schedule an appointment and they didn't have anything until next week so that made me a lil upset but when I got there they told me my appointment wasn't that day that it was the next day when I specifically confirmed Wednesday of that week over the phone even told my boss the same day that I needed that day off... so then they decided to speak to me like an idiot and I'm like no I'm not the one who made a mistake why should I be punished for someone else's mistake !! I've already taken 3 days off to have them take a look at my car but never again they are rude unorganized and incredibly disrespectful.. they don't care about anyone there.. I would not recommend going there to anyone More

Worst experience ever We bought two cars that day. The Sorento had engine noise , so could not take it home. Next day no one bothered to call me to let me know what was happening, after 300pm I finally called they said we will give you a new Sorento and will be ready to pick up when you arrive at 600pm. The car wasnt even detailed and had hard water spots all over the windows and a door dent to boot, after calling they want my car for four more hours to detail it ... Jacob and manager are the worst ! I wouldnt recommend going here till they have their stuff together.... More
