Dealer Negligence Originally made an appointment for a 25,000 mile service on my vehicle. My boyfriend took my vehicle in for the service (as I was working ) and made n Originally made an appointment for a 25,000 mile service on my vehicle. My boyfriend took my vehicle in for the service (as I was working ) and made note of some break noise to the service representative, at my request. The vehicle was looked at for break noise and given back WITHOUT the service being performed. I was told since there was no verbal mention of a service needing to be done, none was performed (so what happened to the information I provided when booking the appointment?). This dealer’s service representatives and mechanics completely looked over the entire purpose of the appointment being made AND blantently ignored the notification for maintenance that shows in the instrument cluster of my vehicle when turning it on (plain as day for anyone in the drivers seat to see). The only rectification I was given was that the service rep Eric (who had taken zero responsibility on behalf of the lexus’ service team), had set a pick up appointment for my car to be picked up the next day for servicing and brought back. I still paid all charges and the didn’t appear to be washed. This is the absolute most disappointed I’ve been with Lexus customer service and I would not reccommend this dealer to anyone. All in all, my time, money and patience were wasted without any concern on behalf of this Lexus dealer. More

Recall and windshield replaced Best dealer there is. I have delt with other dealerships and have got terrible customer service but Valley Lexus is on top. Took care of my recall in a timely manner, replaced my windshield with perfection, looked like it never was removed. Gave us a 2018 Lexus IS300 Turbo as a loaner car, Filled up my gas tank, washed my car and rotated my tires complimentary. I was floored. We may have to buy a new Lexus from Valley Lexus soon, great to have piece of mind that you are taken care of and we didn't even buy our Lexus from them to begin with but they still took care of us. More
