Tunin my service consultant is wonderful. After my tune up there were two areas that needed to be taken cate of S we had watched them over the last few check ups. First service I do not like this review process being forced to provide a 25 word comments. With that said, the staff were all polite. I did feel uncomfortable in that only the service rep. and the man that met us at the drop off area had masks on at this time. No one else, like the receptionist and sign in person had masks on. And no one sanitized seating, the coffee bar or restrooms after other people used them. More

I had the absolute best experience at Valley Lexus. Josh, the salesman, and Eddie, the sales manager, were kind, honest, and knowledgeable. I have called back a few times and each and every time Josh has im the salesman, and Eddie, the sales manager, were kind, honest, and knowledgeable. I have called back a few times and each and every time Josh has immediately answered his phone and helped me thoroughly. If he didn’t know the answer he got back to me within minutes. It is very rare to find an honest dealership but thankfully Valley Lexus instills integrity. As well, my Lexus RX 350 has the smoothest ride out of any vehicle out there. Check out this dealership!
