I purchased a vehicle from this dealership based on their assurances that it had no major issues, had been properly inspected, and was in good working condition. After the sale, I discovered the vehicle had been in an accident that was never disclosed to me at any point before or during the purchase. The dealership told me they would send the CARFAX report within two days, but they did not. Instead, I received a link a month after the deal was closed, and the link was expired. Later, they falsely claimed I had already received the CARFAX. If that were true, there is no reason I would have paid full market value for a vehicle with accident history. Since buying the car, I have only driven it approximately 2,000 miles, yet multiple serious problems appeared almost immediately. Independent inspections confirmed these issues were pre‑existing and could not have developed within such low mileage. I have receipts, photos, and the broken parts themselves documenting the condition of the vehicle and the repairs that were required. Nothing about this situation is normal wear and tear, especially considering how little the vehicle has been driven. When I attempted to resolve the situation, the dealership became evasive and inconsistent. Their explanations changed from one conversation to the next, and they denied information that was later proven through diagnostic reports and physical evidence. I requested a full buyback due to the undisclosed accident, misrepresentation, and documented safety issues, but they refused and continued to dismiss the severity of the problems. As a disabled veteran who relies on safe, dependable transportation to and from the VA, this experience has caused significant stress, financial loss, and inconvenience. Reliable transportation is not optional for me, and the dealership’s refusal to take responsibility has made a difficult situation even harder. Because of their conduct, I have filed complaints with state and federal consumer protection agencies to document the misrepresentation and the impact it has had on me. If you are considering purchasing a vehicle here, I strongly recommend getting an independent inspection and being cautious about any claims made during the sales process. My experience has been costly, time‑consuming, and frustrating, and I would not want anyone else to go through the same situation. More

There are a lot of changes that happened at Valley Motor City in the last year. However, the only consistent is the wonderful welcoming I receive when I saw Betsy, Z and Toni! I took my Wrangler in for an o City in the last year. However, the only consistent is the wonderful welcoming I receive when I saw Betsy, Z and Toni! I took my Wrangler in for an oil change and all three greeted me and made me feel right at home. I’ve purchased MANY cars at Valley Motor City plus, sent family and friends to purchase vehicles here and it’s nice to feel like a person and not just a number!
