Awesome customer service I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to express the awesome experience I recently had obtaining a Jeep Cherokee! Kevin answered all of my question I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to express the awesome experience I recently had obtaining a Jeep Cherokee! Kevin answered all of my questions without making me feel pressured in any way. He promptly answered my question after my test drive and I left the dealership, as I needed time to think before I made my final decision. He allowed me the time and space I needed to make a decision. I have purchased vehicles before but never have I experienced such transparency throughout the entire process! And if all of this was not enough, when I decided I wanted to move forward, he assisted with the completion of most of the paperwork electronically to speed up the process. The cream on top? Kevin arranged for someone to come to my home in Macedonia to bring me back to the dealership after I got off work so I could complete paperwork and drive my new Jeep home! Priceless!!!!!! 1st time leasing Called the dealership about an add online and talked to Dan Olson on Friday and he was very knowledgeable, Saturday morning drove 60 miles to the deal Called the dealership about an add online and talked to Dan Olson on Friday and he was very knowledgeable, Saturday morning drove 60 miles to the dealership and asked for Dan Within just a few minutes I met Dan for the first time my first impression was he seemed very nice. 1 am 68 years old and have never leased a vehicle. Dan went out of his way to treat me with respect and answer all of my questions. I told Dan the vehicle that I was interested in and he got it and explained all of the features of the vehicle. to me . We took the vehicle for a test ride and came back I had more questions about the truck and about the leasing which Dan answered. He showed me the printout of the cost of the lease and explained it thoroughly to me. Dan then took me over to the finance desk and introduced me to Tony another nice guy Tony explained every thing and Dan had the truck cleaned up and full of gas. I left with my first new vehicle in over 20 years a new 2019 crewcab Big Horn Ram. More
