In and Out Went in Sunday and It was busy! We did not have an appointment but we were texting back and forth with our salesman Kevin. We were looking for a Jeep Went in Sunday and It was busy! We did not have an appointment but we were texting back and forth with our salesman Kevin. We were looking for a Jeep renegade 4x4 and we knew they had 3. Kevin advised us that they only had 1 left! Thankfully it was the one I wanted. We asked him to hold it for us as we driving over an hour to come look at it. He did! He had it ready and waiting for us to test drive even though he was still working with 2 other customers. This man totally hustled it while not making you feel like you were appreciated. (Because he was dealing with 2 other customers 6 people in total!) He was able to get us taken care of very quickly! It felt like we were in and out. Of course finance pushed for gap and extended warranty but he wasn’t overly pushy he was friendly and gave me a good deal on an extra extended warranty though mopar! I was preapproval for my loan so I was a little upset that they ran my credit at 3 other banks when it wasn’t necessary because I Already secured an awesome finance rate. Overall I’m really happy and we will be going back to get a new car for my husband. (and we will be seeing Kevin!) More

This was after calling Brunswick Auto Mart who I've dealt with for the past 15 yrs & have leased 12 vehicles from. They in no way would work with me the salesman told me I was at least $100 off on pymt for every vehicle I gave him. I called back spoke to manager who also refused to work with me after telling him Falls Motor City could do it, his response was "If you want to believe the lies they tell you, go ahead". I went over to FALLS MOTOR CITY & was given everything I was promised. Great dealership, would recommend to EVERYONE. BRUNSWICK AUTO MART you SUCK & should look at your reviews on yelp, consider new management & sales people in the JEEP department. Maybe take some training from FALLS MOTOR CITY on how to be a great dealership. More
