The quickly made themselves available, but, allowed me to walk around and browse on my own without being followed and annoyed like at most dealerships. I leased my first vehicle from Ron Hall, I enjoyed the process, he was very patient ( I had my 3 year old with me at the time) and was very friendly. The whole process was very quick and painless. It went so well that my father went to falls to purchase a new car just weeks after... I recently just leased a 2016 Jeep Cherokee, while Ron was not at the dealership, he referred me (via text) to one of his partners Kevin Davis. Kevin was just as friendly and personable as Ron. We chatted about hockey, golf, and a bunch of other things as paper work was being done. I even found out that Kevin was there on his day off. I found that no matter who you talk to at this dealership you will have a pleasant experience. they truly have the right formula... They offer the customer great deals and offer them a great experience, and the customer will keep coming back. That is what I have done, as well as my family.
