I was up late two nights ago, couldn't sleep, so I went online to look for new cars. I went to the Falls Motor City Webpage about 11pm. During my search, a pop up window asked me if I wanted to talk to the dealer. I said yes and Kevin came over the chat feature. I was shocked that the dealer was actually live at 11pm. Before you know it I had quotes of the cars that I was interested in and an appointment to look at and test drive the car that I really liked. I had a great experience on line, even talking to Kevin on the phone after about 45 minutes of email's back and forth. This was great service and Kevin was very helpful. Well, I went their today to test drive the car and all of the figures that Kevin provided over the web were the same when I arrived, with no hidden fee's or a need to apply for a rebate that I was not qualified for.
