I have been buying cars for over 30 years and I have never had such a great experience. I started to talk to Ron on line and I was at the car lot in one hour and got exactly what I wanted at a great pri never had such a great experience. I never thought the car buying process could be so relaxed and pressure-free. Dave did not promise anything he was unable to deliver and allowed a good deal of time to review both the car and the tran relaxed and pressure-free. Bobby in the Business office clearly laid out all my options and let me decide for myself with no hype or pressure. The entire process which included an extensive test drive and product explanation session was about 90 minutes. The price of the vehicle was substantially less than other dealer's prices and there were no hidden fees or "bumps". I cannot recommend this dealer strongly enough. More

My husband made an appointment with George Siegman to see a Dodge Challenger. When we made the appointment George assured us on the phone it would not be a problem to test drive the vehicle and it would be a Dodge Challenger. The particular car we were looking for is sort of rare in our area. We already went to a few dealers so since we found the car we wanted of course we drove a while to test drive it. We drove 45 minutes to get to the dealer. Once we got there we went in and there were a couple guys at the door they looked at us and said "what do you want?" We told them we had an appointment to test drive a Challenger with George. Of course the car was still in the show room after being pushed around and the sales men were not to happy because they had to do actual labor to get the car outside. We finally got a better look at the car. Then, here comes Mr. Manager..."WHO'S DRIVING THIS CAR? " As he pushed me out of the way. The other salesmen through George under the bus and said "George is." and they took off so fast it wasn't even funny. George left my husband and I outside as he was getting a "talking to" from Mr. Manager. He came out and said we had to go through financing first and have everything taken care of to buy the car before we could test drive it. Well wait a minute now. I explained to him that we already have a challenger we understand how they drive we already drove a R/T we wanted a SRT8 he said no you can't drive it. From the second we walked in the dealer we were treated like we weren't worthy enough of their cars. Even though we already had a Challenger for 2 year prior. How dare they judge us on what we could afford? Well, I'm sorry but I can't do business with a bunch of snakes. If you can't treat people like they are humans then you can take your car and stick it. Anyways we left because I would not give them the satisfaction of a Sale when you treat me that way. On our way home we stopped at the original dealer we bought our first Challenger. BRUNSWICK AUTO MART! From the second we walked in there everyone was so nice and helpful. We were greeted properly and we were test driving a SRT8 in 15 minutes. Well wait I thought you have to have the car practically bought already in order to test drive it. We talked to our original salesmen TOM SHUMAKER. Well they tried to get the car we originally wanted from Falls motor City but suddenly the car was SOLD. Yeah like I believe that one. Within 2 days TOM had us in our new Challenger SRT8 which was the exact same car..same color and everything! They would have made a 40,000 sale with us that day but they wanted to judge us first. All Tom had to do was treat us with respect and help us out a little. DON'T GO TO FALLS MOTOR CITY...GO TO BRUNSWICK AUTO MART! More
