Me and my wife was at another dealership in the area and after not finding a vehicle there we drove past Falls Motor City, we decided to stop and take a look around. We spotted a 2011 Cadillac CTS Wagon and decided to take it for a test drive after driving the CTS we knew that was the car for us. Scott worked with us on a price that we felt comfortable with and we purchased the CTS. Falls Motor City went out of there way to earn our business and get us into a car that we liked. Although we arrived at the dealership close to closing time at no point did we feel rushed. I would definitely do business with them again. More

There's not much to say besides it was an absolutely fine experience, I would never go anywhere else to purchase a Chrysler product. When we walked onto the showroom floor I did not exactly know what we were going to get, but a very nice gentleman by the name of Travis Hudson helped us greatly. He was not eager to make a quick sale and listened to us and let us take our time in making a decision, which is a big part of the dealer experience. We ended up choosing a 2013 Chrysler 200 S, which I might add is a fine little car indeed. I personally cound not be happier with it. When it came time to get down to business we sat down with Cole Morgan to do paperwork and all that jazz. It was a very relaxed purchasing experience, There was no hidden expenses or any of that crap just plain, cut, dry ,simple and friendly. It has been about a month now since we've gotten the car and we absolutely love it. I take it up to the dealership occasionally for one of their "free lifetime carwashes " It's a nice little perk. I would absolutely recommend them to friends and family, I know they would treat them well. Or to any person looking to purchase a new or used vehicle. And in closing, buy American, Chrysler, Ford, Chevy, it's good for the economy and the country. More

Andy was great! I called him the night before to let him know I was coming in the morning and when I got there he had the car up front ready for me! We live in Pittsburgh, PA. We stumbled upon this dealership while doing a search on Autotrader.com. We found a Chevy Traverse that we were interested in. After inquiring about it online, Andy Howard contacted us by phone within hours. We explained that we had a trade it and we discussed how much our trade was worth over the phone. We pretty much made the deal over the phone. Andy couldn't have been nicer! He was very honest and fair. We decided to take the 2 hour drive to see the car. When we arrived, Andy was as professional and kind as he was over the phone. The Traverse was in excellent condition. The finance department got us a great interest rate! This, by far, has been the most pleasant car buying experience we have ever had! When I got home and showed my husband the car, he noticed one of the tires were dry rotted and wouldn't pass our PA inspection. I contacted Andy and within 15 minutes he told us the dealer would give us 4 brand new tires! Very easy and super fair! This dealership has great prices and great customer service.
