First of all, I drove 2 hours from Delaware Ohio to look at the van I ended up purchasing. I did this because Andy took the time to reply to an email I had sent for information and then followed up with me at the van I ended up purchasing. I did this because Andy took the time to reply to an email I had sent for information and then followed up with me via phone, did I even feel like it was worth it to drive that far. :) He was very nice, informative, but not in a "pushy salesmen" type of way. Overall experience was excellent. Andy handled everything like a pro. Then Cole got me through the process in a matter of minutes it seemed. The quickest, most efficient experience I have EVER had in buying a car. I truly appreciate your time Andy. You are an excellent sales person. Thank you for being so efficient and informative, Cole. That made the process soooooo incredibly easy. All I can say is, when it's time for me to look again, I will be starting with Andy, and hope that Falls has what I want. Kevin was very friendly an helpful. We were looking for a specific package on a vehicle they didn't have so Kevin dealer located one. We were a little upset to find the interior was scratched and there were specific package on a vehicle they didn't have so Kevin dealer located one.
