I worked with Franco Casalinova (Sales) and Cole Morgan (Finance); both were very polite and respectful. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me a few different models I was interested in; he explained the differences between models and answered every question I had. I did not feel pressured one bit to make my purchase that day or even at that dealership like some others I have visited in the past. In my opinion I felt Franco wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with the vehicle I chose before moving on to the paperwork. He kept me informed as to what was going on through out the whole process ie: paperwork being submitted things like that.
