I’m glad I chose to work with Falls Motor City for the purchase of my new 2012 Jeep Liberty. The staff was very friendly from the moment I walked in. I worked with Franco Casalinova (Sales) and Cole Morgan (Finance); both were very polite and respectful. Franco was very knowledgeable and took the time to show me a few different models I was interested in; he explained the differences between models and answered every question I had. I did not feel pressured one bit to make my purchase that day or even at that dealership like some others I have visited in the past. In my opinion I felt Franco wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied and comfortable with the vehicle I chose before moving on to the paperwork. He kept me informed as to what was going on through out the whole process ie: paperwork being submitted things like that. I felt very confident after meeting with Franco and Cole that I made a great purchase. My visit to Falls Motor City was initally to research the type of vehicle I was interested in. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Josh Palmer was quick to approach me and answer any quest type of vehicle I was interested in. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle that day. Josh Palmer was quick to approach me and answer any questions I had regarding my vehicle of choice, the Chrysler 200 S. Josh was friendly, knowledgable, and was always keeping my best interest in mind. I gave Josh what I though was an impossible price to purchase that particlar vehicle for and to my surprise and excitment...he made it happen. Josh made the process of purchasing a new vehicle a lot less intimidating and instead made it fun. For this, he deserves a 5 out of 5 rating and has managed to pull me away from my dealer of choice for over 10 years. More
