Great experience. No pressure. I told Franco while we were on the test drive my expectations and where I needed to be. The bottom line is these guys did a great job without the back and fourth pressure. Franco brought us out cold bottle water and asked if we needed anything, also told us how long each step was taking ie "Should only be another 15 minutes"....Highly recommend! More

Franco was absolutely Fantastic! I didn't think he would be able to work with us and find us a deal...other dealerships were not able to. Our last interest rate was 15% Franco said that he would take care be able to work with us and find us a deal...other dealerships were not able to. Our last interest rate was 15% Franco said that he would take care of us and bless his heart he surely did. Over the phone we were able to take care of most of the paperwork. He is a gem!!! After spending all day dealing with numerous dealerships ranging from mediocre to sleazy, Falls Motor City was the last stop on my list (as it was the furthest from my home). Greg greeted me at the door and made my first time buying a new car a great experience. He was super friendly, very helpful, and he made sure to accommodate all my requests. Nice dealership. Smooth transaction. Franco is a good guy. My friends who came to check out the vehicle for me, Franco treated with great kindness. My wife and I were looking for a Jeep vehicle and needed to buy quickly. I called Franco 30 minutes before arriving and he was ready when we arrived to show us a few vehicles. After looking at some of the vehicles on the lot, we landed on our new 2012 Liberty. The process was quick, and Franco and Cole were very upfront about pricing and what we should expect during the buying process. Overall, we were very pleased with Franco, Cole, and the entire dealership. Being a Falls resident, it's nice to have such a great local dealership that we can depend on! More

Franco was a straight forward, honest salesman. I emailed the dealership from their website saying I wanted to test drive a vehicle. 15 minutes before I said I would arrive, Franco called me letting me know the dealership from their website saying I wanted to test drive a vehicle. 15 minutes before I said I would arrive, Franco called me letting me know the vehicle was all ready to go for me when I got there. Very efficient and easy! Loved the car. Pretty happy with the price / my apr / the monthly payment / the down payment. Process took a little longer than expected, but overall - nice gentlemen and good dealership. More

Franko helped get me out of a tight spot I had a truck I couldn't afford any more. I got out of my truck payment and left with a vehicle I think should be dependable and left with no payment what a relief t couldn't afford any more. My wife called the dealership just to find out the hours they were open. She hung up before anyone answered. Within a few seconds after hanging up, John called her back. We were able to set up a time for they were open. She hung up before anyone answered. Within a few seconds after hanging up, John called her back. We were able to set up a time for me to come and test drive a Compass. John contacted me several times before the test drive to make sure he found the exact car I was looking to drive. When I got a chance to meet with him, he took a lot of time with me and answered all my questions. I wasn't able to test drive until the next day (just a scheduling thing on my part), and John was off. But, he set us up with Greg Mordew, who was extremely helpful as well. We ended up buying a different car at a different dealership (not a Jeep), but that was more because of what I was looking for more than the service or selection at Falls. We were extremely pleased with John/Greg and would have no problem recommending them. More
