This is the third new vehicle we have purchased from Fall Motor City (FMC) and probably not the last. Our most recent purchase was a 2012 Jeep Wrangler. I decided to purchase a new 2012 Wrangler and ultimately I purchased from FMC because you could not beat their selection, price and customer service (Josh and BJ were great to work with). I have not had an opportnity to work with the service department yet (which is a good thing since I have had the Jeep for less than 2 months). Once I do - I will come back and update my review. More

I have never purchased a Chrysler vehicle before and must say I am very pleased. My Salesman, John Gorny, took the time to fully explain the advantages of the Chrysler 200 rather than just get a quick asses say I am very pleased. I called on a friday evening, with question on new Charger SRT8 Super Bees. I spoke with Karen, and she was able to answer all my questions. I was so pleased with my experience here that I actually posted a review on google too. Josh, my salesman, brought friendliness to a new level. He projected true excitement as he demonstrated the features of the car and made me feel like I was riding with a friend rather than a salesman on the test drive. It was also nice to have him actually show me how each feature worked. He even volunteered to show me again later in case I forgot (the new 200S has a lot of nice features). I truthfully enjoyed my experience here, the entire staff was friendly and polite. They even have good popcorn in their waiting room. I will always buy my future cars form here and from Josh. More
