Avoid Their Service Department! I purchased my Jeep here 5 years ago, and the sales experience was good. Unfortunately that's the only good thing I have to say about this place. I absolutely love my Jeep and it's really unfortunate I can't trust the service department of the dealership where I purchased my vehicle. I recently brought my vehicle to the "Express Lane" for an oil change and tire rotation, two days in a row I was turned away because they were too busy. Finally, the third time I brought it back they were able to fit me in. While rotating my tires, someone came out to alert me that my brake pads and rotors, front and rear, were in need of immediate attention and needed to be replaced. The problem I had with this, is I had just had all of them replaced a year earlier, and again 8 months before that. When I asked how they could possibly be wearing out so quickly, the only answer I was given was "it's the way you drive." When I said I have NEVER had this issue with a vehicle before, I was met with "well this is a different car." I spoke with a Service Manager and he said he would look into the brake warranty and get back to me to let me know what they could do.....except he never bothered to call me. I can't help but wonder if they use crap parts that wear out quickly so you have to keep coming back to spend more money. On another visit, they recommended four new tires, even though I had just replaced them about 30,000 miles earlier. Maybe they assume that because I'm a woman who comes in alone I'm too stupid to ask questions? Shame on Falls Motor City for trying to take advantage of a loyal customer. I will never step foot into this dealership again. More

The customer service team keeps me in the best possible position to have a safe & most enjoyable driving experience. An honorable mention must include salesman Dave McGraw (and supporting cast....finance, and Todd Dungan....we are all more capable with a strong team). I can confidently say the first-class care, advice, and genuine support are treasured. I consider Dave like a mentor and sometimes toss around ideas pertaining to my life goals. Used car won’t run after 1000 miles I would strongly NOT recommend. Paid good money for a used 2013 Durango. Less than 1000 miles and it intermittently won’t run. Took the car to their service department and they charged $400+ and did not fix. They diagnosed and said the problem was the battery. They have refused to look at it again without charging for another diagnostic fee. They acted like they really didn’t care if I was satisfied or they had previously tried to fix it. Really get the impression they don’t care about their reputation. More

Sells parts, takes payment then cancels order Ordered a part paid in full then received an email stating order cancelled and refund coming in 7 days, no other explanation. If that’s the case no order should have been confirmed or money taken. I now have to wait seven days for my refund not counting the three days they had my money in their bank. The service department swapped out my old head light bulbs with new HD bulbs that I had purchased at the auto parts store free of charge. Great job and kudos to Betsy and the service department for another great experience........Thank you........Craig More

REPAINTING OF MY PACIFICA HOOD When I showed the serviceman my problem with the hood of my car, he immediately said, "Bring it in, we'll take care of it." That was nice. Multiple problems with my brand new Compass. I was finally able to bring my Jeep in on 7/7/18 to replace the radio in my car after having multiple problems with it. The radio was on backorder for I was finally able to bring my Jeep in on 7/7/18 to replace the radio in my car after having multiple problems with it. The radio was on backorder for over 4 months. The whole time it was on backorder the radio kept blasting music at full volume randomly; once the radio even turned on while the car had been turned off for about 3 hours. Forward to 7/7/28, I took my car in for the radio and an additional problem of not being able to pump gas. They replaced the radio and had to replace the intake for the fuel because it was cracked. Once I was on the way home from the dealership the radio started to make a buzzing sound when I was playing music via aux cable. I changed to SXM radio and it continued to buzz. So I turned the car around to head back to the dealership. Of corse I was frustrated with having a new issue with the new radio that was just put in my car. While first putting in the radio I was told by the service rep that they would have to order a new radio because the back up camera and a few other features were not working. A few seconds after that they said they were able to get the radio working. So when I took it back in I thought I would at least get a little sympathy from the rep that just previously helped me just a half hour before. Once they fixed the new issue (that they said was the antenna) I complained about all the problems I am currently having with a car that is just 5 months old. A car that I couldn't use all the features in because of the radio problems. He then told me that other people have problems with their cars all the time. I asked if there was any way they could rectify the situation, a new car should not have so many problems so early into the ownership of a new vehicle. He looked at me and said that I have to call customer service because they deal with that and its out of the hands of the dealership. I of corse was frustrated and said that there should be something you can do. In a loud and rude tone the rep asked me what I wanted because there is nothing they can do. I said there must be something they could do, I spent hours on the phone trying to get the radio in earlier than estimated time of arrival. I asked could they at least call Chrysler, I told him that Chrysler customer service informed me that I would have to talk to the dealership since I was having additional problems with my car. The rep just kept asking me what they could do, I told him a few different tings they could do, every time I suggested something he kept blurting out. "You signed a contract and since you did there is nothing I can do here." He was rude and kept saying it over and over even when I told him that customer service told me to take it up with the dealership. All he wanted to do is get me out of the dealership as quickly as possible. The rep had no sympathy or the slightest bit of concern for me as a customer. I understand that no company is expected to do what the customer wants in every situation. But when I go and buy a 30,000 dollar car, and that said car does not work properly for almost 5 months. I think I should be able to go to the dealership and have a representative that is attentive to a customer's situation. I will never buy a car from this dealership or company again. If you want to buy a car from a dealership that cares about its customers or even a brand that values customers do not go to this dealership. Do not make the mistake of going into this dealership or even this company. All they care about it selling subpar cars to customers and offering little to no real customer satisfaction. More

They are unprofessional and unreceptive to customers. Only after once car wash with them, my car got scratches everywhere, and they return my car with radio crazy loud. My car is under 5,000 miles and has issue with break. They refuse to admit the issue and to replace it even within the warranty! I pointed out the problem and they revenge me by hurt my steering wheel and scratch my car again! Keep away from them! More
