The store is has a high-end feel (as it should), and everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did not negotiate far the lowest possible price/highest possible trade-in, and I feel that I could have probably saved some money if I had. I was just so pleased to be treated so well that potentially saving a few dollars on a big ticket purchase was not that important. More
