"Disappointed"

You can tell that the employee was not interested in anything but making a deal. I've gone to other places and they were much more inviting and determined about getting me into a vehicle. If I ever do come back to do business with this company it will be with an employee that actually has experience. Immaturity does not fit this line of work.

"Came in for service, bought a new car"

Everything at this dealership is exceptional! I came in for my regular maintenance and received excellent customer service. While I was waiting I was browsing the new inventory on the lot. Harold Wells met me on the lot and answered all of my questions very thoroughly. He helped me crunch some numbers, got me a great price for my trade in, and delivered my new vehicle in a quick smooth process. He did it all in a very friendly yet professional manner. I highly recommend him and this dealership!!

From the first greeting throughout and entire process they acted as though I really mattered to them. Even though I purchased my are at their sister dealership they treated me like I had always been their customer. They assisted many patrons while I was there , but I never felt o overlooked or neglected. Caring for my automotive needs was their number o e priority!
