Wonderful Experience I had a wonderful experience with Angel. I first looked up my vehicle online which she followed up with me right away. I explained to her what I was looking for and she set up a test drive for me. She took the time to find exactly what features and color of vehicle I wanted after the test drive. During the process of her finding what I wanted, she kept in good contact with me and let me know she was still actively looking for me. I also told her that I did not want to spend a fortune on a vehicle which I felt she understood. End all, say all. I loved the fact she got me exactly what I wanted in a couple of weeks and at a really good price which I loved. I would recommend her to anybody and if I still live in this area when I look for another car I will make sure and go with her. She has gone above and beyond for me, she even stayed late at the dealership to do everything since I have demanding work hours. Thank you Angel so much. More

Completely Not Satisfied I've taken my vehicle in three to four times for the past three years with air seeping into the windshield at 70+ mph. The vehicle was under warranty I've taken my vehicle in three to four times for the past three years with air seeping into the windshield at 70+ mph. The vehicle was under warranty then, however now that it's not they made the repairs that they should have the first time and charged me full price. The vehicle was in for services as it was overheating, when I got it back they charged me for replacement of the windshield wipers (which weren't replaced). I spoke to the service manager who told me he would contact me that evening, which he never did. the service department, Mr Lindsey was very rude when I asked him a simple question about the service, then whisper to the clerk that he wasn't going to ARGUE with me. What he may not have known was that I had just bought a vehicle there two days prior, they I will look to service some place else. As an Sr. Warrant Officer and an Associate Minister in the local area, I was caught off guard by the behavior as the sales person that sold me the Dodge Charger were extremely nice. More

Originally, the vehicle I wanted with very specific addons was not in their lot. So, they found one and delivered it for free! Upon arrival, the vehicle had a little dirt on it from the previous dealership. I was super upset at first. However, they cleaned it up and made it right. The next day, I noticed some minor scrapes behind the tire panels that possibly came from the previous dealership. Not only did they replace the panels, but they gave me peace of mind. Even though this state does not have a courtesy law for damage found after the sell, the staff went out of their way to make it right. I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
