Liars Took my car for a recall they "fixed it". Car had issues since that day so we took it back. They lied through their teeth malimg up issues the car doe Took my car for a recall they "fixed it". Larry was the sales staff who greated me and ultimately made the shopping experience enjoyable. Larry was very knowledgeable about the Jeeps on the lot and pointed out features sales staff at other dealerships hadn't. Between the awesomeness that is Jeep and Larry's knowledge I finally found MY Jeep. I LOVE my new Jeep Sahara Unlimited with the soft top! Thank you Larry! More
Knowledgeable attentive sales staff I had dropped my truck off at the service department to have some work done. When my wife and dropped in to check if the truck repairs were completed I had dropped my truck off at the service department to have some work done. When my wife and dropped in to check if the truck repairs were completed we popped out front to look at cars and kill some time. We honestly had no intent of purchasing a vehicle at that time. We were surprised by all of the different makes and models they had on the lot. The salesman (Eric McGuire) knew quite a bit of info on each vehicle. He even grabbed an umbrella for my wife and daughter to use as it had started to rain a bit. He then pulled the Jeep we saw into the service bay so we could get out of the weather and take a better look. My daughter and liked the look and feel of the Jeep we were sold. My wife on the other hand not so much. That was until she spoke to the sales manager (Jerry Walsh) who put her at ease and when the numbers on the trade-in came back along with the interest rate that they were able to lock in she was sold as well. It is a no pressure environment suited for the best decision making on your purchase. The Bad: While sales and finance were wonderful the Service department lacks a little luster. Given that that part of a dealership is normally busy to the elbows does not excuse proper customer service. Politeness, patience, and attentiveness are something this service department lacks.. To every customer their problem is an interruption in their lives and an inconvenience to have to sit in a dealership all day. Not to mention costly to a monthly budget. A little kindness goes a long way. The Ugly: There is no Ugly. I just had to finish the title. This place is great. Just needs a little buffing on the trunk. More
