This dealership is top-notch; a high bar that should set a standard for other dealerships to follow. It is clean and bright with plenty of comfortable chairs and amenities. There are plenty of staff members and they work as a team; friendly with customers and each other. Funny to say that I live in Illinois but chose Van Buick in Scottsdale AZ to return to. I just leased my 3rd Buick Encore GX from them. My sales professional, Ahmed, made it really easy for me to work out a deal. There was no pressure at any point along the way; in fact, I felt empowered to be the one leading the details. Ahmed was very polite, upbeat, energetic, and knowledgeable. I felt I was in good hands. Samuel in Finance was great too! I'm really happy with Buick and my experience at Van. I would recommend them to everyone! More

Terrible experience at Van Chevrolet in Scottsdale & may never return. Took my 2019 Suburban in for routine service, oil change & tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning I returned to pick the never return. Took my 2019 Suburban in for routine service, oil change & tire rotation on a Friday afternoon. Monday morning I returned to pick the vehicle up & didn’t get but 200 yards out of the parking lot & had to pull over. Rear wheel was ready to fall off, missing 2 lug nuts & remaining lug nuts were ready to fall off. Service inspected everything & determined wheel was now damaged & needed to be replaced. Waited 4 days for replacement wheel, N/C to me, but I was forced to rent a car & service wouldn’t reimburse me for the rental. This was all caused by negligence on their part, Not anything I did. Totally unacceptable & irresponsible. Had I been traveling on the highway & this happened the potential damage would’ve been much greater & IF there were injuries??!! Reimbursement for my rental would be minimal compared to what the alternative costs could have been. No wonder why service only has this rating. More
