I recently purchased a vehicle through OVE from this dealership and received an official confirmation email congratulating me on the purchase. Unfortunately, the following day, I was informed that the d dealership and received an official confirmation email congratulating me on the purchase. Unfortunately, the following day, I was informed that the dealership had changed their mind and sold the car elsewhere, despite the confirmed sale. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. As a buyer who relies on the integrity of the auction process and confirmation communications, this action reflects a serious lack of accountability and transparency. I hope the dealership takes steps to ensure this does not happen again to future buyers. More

I really wanted to give these guys the benefit of the doubt and let them resolve the issue I am having but they are still giving me the run around for almost a month now. I bought a used car that had und doubt and let them resolve the issue I am having but they are still giving me the run around for almost a month now. I bought a used car that had undisclosed damage, the driver door had been keyed. When the vehicle arrived I could not get a hold of anybody, the truck driver didn’t speak English that delivered it, so I accepted the delivery since I live on the other side of the country and was unsure of what to do. The dealer blamed it on the shipper, and when the shipper sent me pictures from when they picked up on their lot…the damage was in the pictures. Then when I sent them the pictures they said “that isn’t our lot and you accepted the delivery” despite the pictures having the location, and I live in Atlanta…we don’t have palm trees. I have talked to several people and everyone says “let me look into this, give me an hour” and days later I haven’t heard anything from them. I have been dealing with this since 12/26/25 and still no end in sight other than just paying $1,000 out of pocket. They won’t let me speak to anybody higher up. It very much feels like once they got the check from me customer service went out the window. George wouldn’t give me basic info that I asked for multiple times. Vincent said he would call me back and never did, and when I call back days later I couldn’t talk to him. I would definitely never do business with van Chevrolet again. If I could leave 0 stars I feel that would still be a generous review. More
