I dont know, I bought a 2021 Silverado from here and felt like I got totally ripped off. All these dealer options that they added on the price were not even put on the truck, such as the bedliner. The paperwork says I paid for it, but there sure as xxxx is WAS no bedliner installed. When I called about it the response was "oh, really? well if you come back to the dealership we can TALK about it." And for some reason Ahmed screwed up the paperwork and Mothership Chevrolet thinks I bought a SURBURBAN from them!?!? I am still getting info from Chevy on Suburban options etc not on the Silverado I actually purchased!! First time I purchased a new Chevrolet from a dealer, but I have to assume there are better dealers out there. More

This dealership is the worst I have ever dealt with. I have purchased 39 cars and they will now make me cringe when I get the 40th. My navigation system doesn’t work since they last had the car.. worst part is the management won’t return phone calls or even emails. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I was in for an oil change that took over 3 hours, then was told to schedule an appointment to have get my oil pan gasket replaced, I showed up for the appointment and was offered an Uber, yet my service s was told to schedule an appointment to have get my oil pan gasket replaced, I showed up for the appointment and was offered an Uber, yet my service service tech had told me that I would be provided with a vehicle since they needed my car for 3 days. I can not be without my vehicle for 3 days I have to work! Here it is October 13th and haven't heard back after several attempts to schedule again with a loaner vehicle. I suppose since the work would be under warranty, my business isn't as important as one who has to pay because the warranty has expired.. I have even reached out to my service technician directly with no response. More
