My review would've turned out good but was quickly turned bad due to the experience I had today. I initially was working with MJ who was polite and good to speak with. After some discussion with my wife it w bad due to the experience I had today. I initially was working with MJ who was polite and good to speak with. After some discussion with my wife it was decided we would wait a bit until the time was right. MJ was responsive and respectful. After we thought our experience with this dealership was over I recieved several more calls from different people asking when I was going to come in and check out the vehicle I had inquired about. I explained to each them we were no longer able to commit to coming in yet I still received more calls seeming to hound me to come in. I live 2 hours away and said I would only come in if I was guaranteed the deal I told them I needed. Finally today I recieved a call from "oz" who said he could guarantee me the deal. I said I didn't want to waste my time if this was just a ploy to get me on the lot and yet he promised to get me into the vehicle I wanted with the deal needed to meet my budget. I canceled all my plans, loaded my family up and drove 2 hours to the dealership. Once I arrived I met with my original person MJ who was surprised I was there. I told him I receieved several calls and was promised my deal to get my vehicle which was a 2018 Silverado. I had everything I said I would come with for the deal. "Oz" showed up and whisked me away from MJ and proceeded to start what I thought was the paperwork and deal for the intended vehicle. While waiting OZ left with the paperwork and we continued to wait for a short time. Next thing I know he shows up with a older model Ford that he said was just recieved and was in my budget range. I said this wasn't what I was promised. OZ then went back on what he said and claimed that he said he would put me in a Truck but not the one I wanted and was told I would get. He argued with me on the vehicle and continued to act as if he was going to work the deal. At this time MJ showed up and seemed to be pushed around by OZ. Very unprofessional. After telling my now I couldn't get into the Silverado OZ attempted to get me into 2 completely different vehciles.when I said it wasn't what I wanted he said he was going to look for another vehicle and walked away never to be seen again. A short time later MJ showed up with a floor manager and I again had to explain what I was told and that I drove 2 hours to get this deal and now I was being pressured into vehicles I didn't want. My wife and I finally got tired of the wait and decided to leave. Worst experience with a dealership I have ever had. I will never do business at a place that doesn't listen to me and seems to want the commission more then the loyalty of a customer. More

Scott Daly was very professional and straight to the point. He did not deter us to another vehicle as we had come in with one particular one in mind. The vehicle we wanted to buy was not even on the lot point. He did not deter us to another vehicle as we had come in with one particular one in mind. The vehicle we wanted to buy was not even on the lot,however, he made sure we saw what it was comparable to and went out to test drive it. Scott made the entire process honestly the fastest one I have ever had with buying cars and was very honest and to the point with buying the car. I would highly recommend going through Scott!
