There was none of that with Scott and the team at Van. Who buys a car in under an hour? My wife and I did! The eye contact and the handshakes were warm and inviting, all of our questions were answered with empathy and transparency. Scott was fantastic. Then we stepped foot into the dreaded finance cubicle! We had a major issue with a down payment and Tristan got on the phone and fixed it for us. Truly amazing. The minute that new car smell “wears off” we are going to head directly back to Scott Daly! More
