I bought an Equinox two years ago because the size was perfect for my lifestyle and the payment fit my budget but he knew that I always dreamed of having a Tahoe. We kept in touch over time and he was always sure to remind me he was there should I ever be interested in upgrading but was never pushy. Welp life happened and I found myself in a position where I could finally think about upgrading. I went straight to Robbie and told him I was interested in a Tahoe but could not break the bank on this. He listened to all of my concerns and went to bat for me. He found awesome rebates and found creative ways we could make this a good financial decision. THIS MAN SAVED ME THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS. WHAT THE HECK. And no, not just tv commercial rebate money but he also figured out options that would help my negative equity that I was carrying from my first car that I got swindled on at *cough Nissan *cough. Suffice it to say I was driving my brand new Tahoe within two days after first contacting him. The process was so easy. Sammy T in finance was a rockstar and customer service from staff was top notch. Robbie has reignited my faith in good car salesmen. Definitely go to him if you want to deal with an honest guy that is really looking out for you. Thanks Robbie and Van Chevy for getting me my dream car! More

Very rude management! The GM, Smiley is extremely rude and treated me and a friend that I took in to buy a car so bad that I cried. They all knew my friend did not understand anything about buying a car and we had a time set for sat so we could take her son back to be with her. This was Thursday evening, closing time. The management had the salesman call my friend on Friday am, picked her up and went around me to put her in a car by herself. She knew nothing about the car, she didn’t know it only had crank windows until the salesman drove her home in the car. The finance guy Bob told her she needed extended warranty, gap insurance, the manager said on the thurs night she would get 4% interest if she bought a car. She got 5.8%. I took her there in good faith thinking they would treat her fairly but was I wrong. I have leased 4 cars from them but I will never refer anyone there or go there again! More

Customer service is a joke. I bought a vehicle on 12/24/2018. My wheels were exchanged with a chipped, missing material set of wheels. I was told that they would be exchanged, Wow, two months later and nothing. I have repeatedly left messages and e-mails with Arielle Winters ( customer service manager) and even sent Matt Cerreta ( GM) an e-mail. Arielle dances around the issue and Matt never responded (go figure). Van's wants to sell you a vehicle and that's about it. What a joke and disgrace to the automotive dealers in the area. Oh yeah still awaiting my tags which they have not sent but had to re-issue temp tags More
