First and last time First off, the salesman I dealt with was super cool, just to get that out of the way. But this dealership gave me a guarantee over the phone, just to First off, the salesman I dealt with was super cool, just to get that out of the way. But this dealership gave me a guarantee over the phone, just to find out I woukd have to negotiate the deal that was 'guaranteed" to me over the phone once I got there. They don't seem to give a crap about a used vehicle (except for selling it) so if you do go to this dealership, purchase new. I discovered a few things that needed to be repaired on my used vehicle the next day. The salesman told me that they would repair the isuues, no problems. Well, I get a text the next day saying the manager will not repair the issues because he discounted the selling price of the vehicle as low as he could. I called him, left two voicemails, no call back. Picked up my vehicle around 8pm, building was free of customers. I asked to speak with that particular manager and I was told he was "finishing up on a deal" with a customer so he wasn't available; a ghost customer I guess. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. The salesman & the financing guy were super cool though. More
