I was in for service on my '23 Canyon yesterday. I booked my appointment online. Showed up early and was asked to wait. Guy didn't introduce himself and didn't know why I was there. He asked if I I booked my appointment online. Showed up early and was asked to wait. Guy didn't introduce himself and didn't know why I was there. He asked if I was here for an oil change and asked if I had a service plan. That's it. Took my keys and sent me to the lounge. Guy couldn't find my service plan so I gave him the information. That was it. About 3 hours later, guy comes in customer lounge and tells me I'm ready to go. No paperwork, I signed nothing, just got in the truck and drove away. No wash, oil life not reset, I think you may have rotated the tires. Really?! Second time I've visited your dealer and second xxxxty service I've received. This is literally your only purpose. Do better! More

We drove down from Prescott Valley, The ninety minute drive was well worth it. Isaiah was our sale person. He did an awesome job telling us about all the features in our new terrain. The car I purchased had a strong smell. I was promised it would be gotten rid of. They treated the car 3 times and the smell remains.
