I always have great experiences at Van Buick GMC. I have always worked with Mike Wolfe and his team and they are always going above and beyond. The sales managers, and the sales people at this dealership are ridiculously unprofessional and nasty to encounter/I speak from firsthand experience I had to call at least 15 times to get through to dealership are ridiculously unprofessional and nasty to encounter/I speak from firsthand experience I had to call at least 15 times to get through to anyone that gave me the time of day. I was hung up on more than three times. Most of them are men who act pouty when you don’t let them talk because of their behavior and unprofessional attitude. They put cars out on the lot for customers to see they have not been cleaned or detailed. I happen to call a sales person and I heard people yelling and cursing in the background that were employees. They are fake and they don’t seem to have a lot of customers at any given time even though they claim they are one of the top dealers I don’t agree /If you do, unfortunately decide to go there steer clear of Sales person, Matthew M and Aiden and finance person Sammy they were the worst ones More
