Buying process was easy and simple but I had to go back the next day to get the car detailed and they took roughly 3 hours. When it came back the wheels had been polished but no factory sticker markings we the next day to get the car detailed and they took roughly 3 hours. When it came back the wheels had been polished but no factory sticker markings were removed, streaks were all over the windows, there were no floor mats and all the stickers on the dashboard were still on. I told my sales rep there were no mats. He then took a packaged group of mats not from my car handed them to me and told me i was good to go. I proceeded to put the Mats in myself while voicing my disappointment in the fact I was doing so and multiple sales reps just watched and said yeah our detailers suck. I then asked to speak with a manager. I was not able to get to one until I walked up to the tower and asked a sales rep right in front to get me one. He apologized but gave me excuses like there were only 2 detailers and they don’t speak English very well. Finally I told them I had worked at a dealership before and if I had done any of this I would have been fired. Finally when they came back with my car the streaks and water marks were ALMOST fully gone as I’m driving away I realized the factory stickers on the dash WERE STILL THERE. Should have just done it myself by going to a car wash would have saved a lot of time. Crazy customer service, only would go back because the sales rep promised me a free tank of gas if I came in the next time I needed one. More

Very shady sales and finance practices. Found a new discounted 2024 Trax LS I was interested in looking at from their online inventory. Total bait and switch - was told when I arrived the car was damaged and will be in their body shop for a month. They refused to show me the car because it probably didn’t exist. Instead they chose to show me top trim level 2025’s on their front line. My salesman Marty was friendly, but he is new and had a more experienced salesman guiding him along while I was trying to find something close to what I traveled there to initially look at. I finally settled on a 2025 model that would work for me as they didn’t have any of the 24’s on their lot. After their extremely low-ball trade offer, they will try to convince you they have to auction it because they can’t retail it due to mileage. All lies - they have several older and higher mileage vehicles advertised on their lot, they must think everybody was born yesterday. David in Finance was even worse - tying extended warranties and service plans to loans promising lower interest rates. I did have a preapproval from my local bank so I knew where I stood without all the extra xx they try to sell you. I asked for copies of everything I signed and was questioned why I needed certain documents. In the end all I was given was a copy of the sales order, nothing else even though I requested everything. I don’t even know who I’ve been financed through and I am sure it will be a nightmare reaching anyone at this place to give me that information. I guess I will just have to wait until I get my first bill in the mail like some kind of surprise. More

Also said my oil change with an appointment would take 4 hours. SMH More
