My husband and I felt like we were victim of the bate-and-switch game. We were assured that a Suburban we wanted was available and they were going to hold it for us as we drove almost an hour to the bate-and-switch game. We were assured that a Suburban we wanted was available and they were going to hold it for us as we drove almost an hour to the dealership. Once we were there, Ron and another salesperson were in an argument and the F-bomb was dropped. Apparently, the Suburban was never for sale and Ron ordered for another customer and didn't put any sold sign on it. Ron then assured us that he would find what we wanted and we would leave owning a new vehicle. Two hours later we walked away with empty promises! More

By far the WORSE service I have ever had car shopping! If yo u are looking for a new or used car/truck, do not go to Van Gmc scottsdale. The car staff is extremely unprofessional and extremely rude. Tried to pressure us into buying a car we didn't even want. Telling us they would have to order the one we were interested in and kept lying to us about the price of the vehicle. Wouldn't even negotiate on the price. Do NOT go to Van GMC scottsdale!! More

Horrible customer service - long service times I brought our 2012 Yukon Denali in for service on one of the captain's chair's mechanisms and to troubleshoot the DVD player. The car was dropped off I brought our 2012 Yukon Denali in for service on one of the captain's chair's mechanisms and to troubleshoot the DVD player. The car was dropped off Wednesday, August 20 in the afternoon. I was lead to believe that the car would be ready the next day. Two days went by and no one called. I had to call in myself Friday afternoon to get a status update. It was only then that I was told that the vehicle has just arrived at a bay to begin service. The fact that two full days went by without the vehicle being looked at was ridiculous. It was only after I reached out to a service manager that progress was eventually made. After which time, the car was ready within 2 hours. So my question is: Why did it take over 48 hours and a couple of phones calls on my end to have an hour or two worth of time spent on my car to complete the service request? On top of this, I had an oil change done and specifically asked if the car would be vacuumed. I was told that it would be and when it wasn't done upon arrival I was told that they wouldn't do it without charging extra for labor. Customer service is key in any business and you guys failed in every aspect. More
