Low pressure in tire I got an indication of low pressure in the driver side rear tire. I called for an appointment. I was able to get one later the same day. I arrived I got an indication of low pressure in the driver side rear tire. I called for an appointment. I was able to get one later the same day. I arrived at the scheduled time. The technician greeted me immediately and told me it would be 1-2 hours to check the tire. I waited almost 2 hours in the comfortable waiting area. The technician was able to locate the source of the leak and repair the tire. I was pleased with this result and with the courteous way I was treated. More

Oil change I had a noon appointment for oil change and service, .I arrived at 11:45 waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When I was acknowledged I advised I had a noon appointment for oil change and service, .I arrived at 11:45 waited for 15 minutes to be acknowledged. When I was acknowledged I advised the tech I had a noon appointment. He asked if I would be waiting and I replied yes. I was then told it would be 2 1/2 hours before it would be finished as they were running behind. Totally unacceptable, they had plenty of time to contact me and advised me of the delay. This is not my first problem, it started the day I purchased my SUV. I wish I could rate them with zero stars. More

I even had an appointment I arrived to my service appointment on time, ended up stranding around for about 10 mins without being acknowledged. I've been a Chevy man my entire I arrived to my service appointment on time, ended up stranding around for about 10 mins without being acknowledged. I've been a Chevy man my entire life, best trucks on the market but these darn GM service departments in the KC area are just awful. I definitely won't be trying "Van" again. More

Great service and work. We had our car in for immediate, unscheduled service after being vandalized. Van’s staff was polite and professional, and coordinated everything with my insurance. Car was repaired the same day. We’ve taken it back for regular maintenance recently and again, everything was great. Dead on estimate, job done right and on time. Same day service and I got a free loner while they worked on my car. I’ll be back for service for sure and am about to purchase a car from them as well. More
