Worst Customer Service in Kansas City. I paid $45 for an oil change and the car wasn't even washed or vacuumed out. A Factory Warranty repair took a week, some items weren't even fixed as they said they wou oil change and the car wasn't even washed or vacuumed out. I was stuck in a smaller loaner vehicle for the entire week that was FILTHY on the inside, had bugs all over the outside and also had no gas. Shame on me for returning to Van Chevrolet for my service needs. I'm also DISGUSTED with the lack of accountability Van Chevrolet has for their service. More
