Not sure who see’s these complaints at VAN GMC, but whom ever is responding is not doing your dealership any favors. Your initial response had me contact Russ who is at Camelback Subaru and was surprised by my call. He was very nice and explained he has nothing to do with the GMC store or collision center. Van GMC then responded with an email of Daniel Sanchez. I sent an email to the one listed and it was kicked back to my email account. So I called the store to speak directly to Daniel, he was not in and I was given to Adam, the service manager. I left Adam a voicemail and have not received a call back. At this point I feel like I am getting the run around or whomever is writing the responses is incompetent. I have spent enough time trying to give Van GMC a chance to correct the issues and provide a level of customer service that is expected. I am done and will try to find another GM authorized shop to address the issues with my 2025 Sierra EV.

Charging $30 for a tire rotation, which has always been included in Lube & Filter until recently is ridiculous! Discount tire is still free and doesn't yell and walk away from their customers like your staff member John Hale. Your staff member John Hale was very unprofessional, rude in a way that we never experienced from a dealership... what a disappointment! You may consider training your employees to have the tools, know how and demeanor to deal with your customers professionally and respectfully.
