My experience with Van Chevrolet has not been good. I purchased a 2025 Hummer in March and have had nothing but problems. I have had it in for service twice with issues still not being resolved. What is even more frustrating is that no one seems to care. The staff member who checked me in for my last service acted like he didn’t want to be there , never made eye contact and seemed rush to get me out of service bay. I have asked for a service manager several times to no avail. I spoke with someone named Drew in sales who gave me emails for Danny and Cerreta but both emails were incorrect even though I checked with several times on spelling. Still no call back nor a desire from anyone to service my vehicle and correct the issues. I would NEVER buy a vehicle from this dealership again and will actively discourage others in the community from doing the same. Utter lack of professionalism, service and common sense when it comes to the most basic business protocol and best practices. More
