2021 GMC Canyon 2 WD. I will never again purchase a vehicle from this dealership. 2 reasons. First, every time my truck needed service, no technician was available at that I will never again purchase a vehicle from this dealership. 2 reasons. First, every time my truck needed service, no technician was available at that time. Second, selling me a service contract to Gap was a bunch of xx since Gap pays nothing when the vehicle is totaled in a wreck. Gap is a total scam, and finance department does not seem to care that they have sold the customer something that cannot be used. More

I recently purchased a 2024 Cybertruck from Van Chevrolet and had an outstanding experience working with Jay Miranda. What stood out immediately was Jay's focus on understanding what I needed rather than and had an outstanding experience working with Jay Miranda. What stood out immediately was Jay's focus on understanding what I needed rather than trying to push a traditional sales process. Because of my schedule and an upcoming road trip, much of the transaction had to be handled asynchronously. Jay was responsive, proactive, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. The deal involved a trade-in, financing, and a number of moving pieces, but Jay kept everything organized and moving forward. Communication was clear, expectations were set accurately, and when I arrived at the dealership everything was prepared exactly as promised. I've spent much of my career leading operations and customer-facing organizations, so I pay attention to execution and follow-through. Jay demonstrated both at a very high level. He made what could have been a complicated vehicle purchase feel simple and stress-free. I highly recommend Jay to anyone considering a vehicle purchase from Van Chevrolet.
