I was called incessantly leading up to my lease expiration. I asked to get rates from specific lenders (PNC, Chase) and was told they would run them and then didn't and tried to give me a much high expiration. I asked to get rates from specific lenders (PNC, Chase) and was told they would run them and then didn't and tried to give me a much higher rate with their preferred lender, Truist.
