I absolutely couldn't say enough about my wonderful experience. Everybody was so helpful. I had my eye on a couple different cars, and unfortunately, they had all been on hold for other customers. However, Natalie was proactive in finding me other options within my price range, with the features I wanted. I landed on a 2020 Kia Soul GT-Line, that I am so obsessed with. Martha, in finance, was great. She explained everything well. For the people who think they're being scammed, I advise you to ask questions and do your own research. Martha will answer anything to her best ability. I ended up purchasing pre-paid maintenance and a service contract (extended warranty). The service contract came in handy when I returned to do my 45k mile maintenance, and they discovered a bushing was bad. $50 deductible for almost $500 of work. That's a great deal! Everybody in sales is great, but Natalie is who I worked with, and I cannot say enough about her. She's funny, intelligent and knowledgeable on different vehicles/products, and genuine. I absolutely recommend her for your next purchase. She will be who I see again next time! The service department is pretty solid too, though I take my car to the Kia location, Cadillac and Kia have similar amenities, due to them being under the same brand. Cadillac's customer lounge is amazing, though! The coffee machine is so nice. 10/10 will certainly recommend VanDevere to my friends and family. More
