The salesman Sean did a satisfactory job and he is the only reason I put a two star… I’d give Sean alone 5 stars. The horrible service is after Sean. Martha in finance is beyond incompetent! She rushed us, charged us for warranties we thought were included and wouldn’t take responsibility for a HUGE error she did with the contract making us go out there again. Martha was so horrible I had to speak with the manager Scott… he gets maybe a 3 star if he actually keeps his word on what he told me to end this. I am skeptical because his demeanor is a “typical” car salesman. We will see if he fixes all Martha’s screw ups and actually gives me what I want and thought I was getting with this purchase. Even the phone call with Scott wasn’t totally satisfactory because he was defending worthless Martha and telling me she has been there forever… who cares? If she has been there forever and makes mistakes this bad and has horrible scamming ways of doing business… she NEEDS to retire or find another career path. Overall I am not happy with this dealership and would not.recommend them… Scott could change my opinion when yet again I have to drive over a half hour less than a week later to resign what Martha messed up. I know ALL car dealerships you have to use extreme caution with because they are so worried about how much money they can swindle out of you but Martha has been the worst that I have ever dealt with… this place cares more about their dumb coffee machine than being honest and competent.::: the ball is in your court, Scott to make me change my mind on this place… Martha should be fired but let’s see what happens when you MAKE us come out there yet again in less than a week… Scott I can care less about your coffee machine or the Hawaiian lay you are wearing … I want what I bought without the scams and hidden warranties. This can go fine when I come back or not fine… let’s see how good of a manager Scott is… **update- after this major screw up and fraud that was committed by Martha plus over 2 hours of OUR time, Manager Scott had the audacity to ask me to delete this review… I was offended … if you send customers reviews and you fail you get the honest review… so unprofessional to ask me to delete this. Plus why would I delete it…even the manager messed up the mess up and tried to sneak in a higher percentage rate for the loan that thankfully my girlfriend caught… this dealership stays open by scams, fraud and their “coffee maker”! I am still very skeptical that this is still not right and I am waiting for a call next week that they screwed up something else..: please… if I can help one person.:: go to another dealership… they are a dime a dozen and this place tried scamming us so badly, it was almost a blessing in disguise that they are so incompetent because I was able to save a TON of money by the PAID warranties they snuck in..: one warranty I kept and the other one scott refused to remove… they probably outsourced that one so I hope I don’t have to go to Alabama if I need to use this warranty I was strong armed into… I hope this nightmare is over with these people but until I see title changes … I am VERY SKEPTICAL More
