My wife and I stopped in to look at Lincoln Nautilus they had on the lot. Sales staff was very unenthusiastic and really did not want to help us in any way since they close at like 6pm on a week day. Was able to go to another Ford Dealer, test drive a the car we wanted to look at, have dinner and return to the dealer and close the deal before they closed .... all after Van Horn closed that afternoon. How can you recommend a dealer that does not want to sell cars?????? More

Had a couple of visits for oil changes. Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. I talked with the service manager Drew and he explained the vehicle is older and th Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. He took care of it and told me next time and after they will have all parts neccessary before we drop it off. I appreciate the personal care taken by Drew to resolve the problem and will continue to use Van Horn for service. Thanks again to Drew for reaching out to us and explaining the problem. More
