I am an older driver, with very limited car shopping experience. At Van Horn in Ocon., the staff was attentive, answered my questions completely and in a manner that was user friendly. Jake Knight, in sales listened very carefully to me regarding my concerns and asked many questions (ex. how much and type of driving I did, traveling w/ grandkids, dogs, winter, ....) to help me clarify what type/model of car might be best to meet my individual needs and also be within my budget. Not once, did I feel pushed or felt pressured into making a decision. I am very, very pleased with both my purchase and Van Horn's service. More
