It was my first time buying a car located in another state. So the dealership sent me a walkaround and startup video and even pointed out and immediately fixed a small ship on the door handle. Robert Olson was the sales person and he was awesome in communicating by email and phone and even sent a driver to pick me up at the airport. 4th times a charm I gave the 5star rating to Drew Korabik and the diesel tech who worked on my truck also to the manager who Drew worked with to find an agreeable cost I gave the 5star rating to Drew Korabik and the diesel tech who worked on my truck also to the manager who Drew worked with to find an agreeable cost for the repairs being that this was the 4th time I had brought my truck in for the same problem, a mild to extreme front end steering shimmy/shake. 1st time in, parts were replaced, a steering stabilizer and front shocks. Thought the problem was fixed NOT! 2nd time nothing was found wrong. 3rd time was told the same thing, although possibly something might have got wrapped around the drive shaft or axel. I may not be High Tech but I am old school! I know the difference between a shimmy and an out of balance drive shaft! So don't give a customer a BS solution to a problem that wasn't fixed, again! Once again the shimmy started in very severely. It didn't stop shaking until almost stopped. I stopped at the dealer on my way home. I explained the problem to the service adviser {not DREW} and to make an appointment to get the truck in again for the 4th time. Thats when the service adviser said MAYBE THE 4TH TIMES A CHARM! I didn't think it was funny. Anyway my truck is fixed due to three people who actually give a crap about their customers! 5 STARS TO YOU! THANKS [this revue probably won't make it back to the dealership but thats OK I feel better after putting it out there] More
