Was in for an oil for life oil change this morning and Greg was a pure joy to work with. Had a couple of visits for oil changes. Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. I talked with the service manager Drew and he explained the vehicle is older and th Both took 1 and one half hours. I thought that was a little long. I talked with the service manager Drew and he explained the vehicle is older and they dont carry as much inventory for older vehicles, as they didnt have the filter on hand. He took care of it and told me next time and after they will have all parts neccessary before we drop it off. I appreciate the personal care taken by Drew to resolve the problem and will continue to use Van Horn for service. Thanks again to Drew for reaching out to us and explaining the problem. More
