4th times a charm I gave the 5star rating to Drew Korabik and the diesel tech who worked on my truck also to the manager who Drew worked with to find an agreeable cost I gave the 5star rating to Drew Korabik and the diesel tech who worked on my truck also to the manager who Drew worked with to find an agreeable cost for the repairs being that this was the 4th time I had brought my truck in for the same problem, a mild to extreme front end steering shimmy/shake. 1st time in, parts were replaced, a steering stabilizer and front shocks. Thought the problem was fixed NOT! 2nd time nothing was found wrong. 3rd time was told the same thing, although possibly something might have got wrapped around the drive shaft or axel. I may not be High Tech but I am old school! I know the difference between a shimmy and an out of balance drive shaft! So don't give a customer a BS solution to a problem that wasn't fixed, again! Once again the shimmy started in very severely. It didn't stop shaking until almost stopped. I stopped at the dealer on my way home. I explained the problem to the service adviser {not DREW} and to make an appointment to get the truck in again for the 4th time. Thats when the service adviser said MAYBE THE 4TH TIMES A CHARM! I didn't think it was funny. Anyway my truck is fixed due to three people who actually give a crap about their customers! 5 STARS TO YOU! THANKS [this revue probably won't make it back to the dealership but thats OK I feel better after putting it out there] More

Simple oil change My only problem was when I made the appointment I was told they were two weeks out. For an oil change!!!! Make sure you have the parts to do the job . Even though it was done the recall that is in the day it should of took half a day, because the parts you ran out. But that would be nitpicking Th . A black cloud seems to follow me when I get service done! I went to Van Horn last April for oil change the works. Witch I do every 5000 miles. The oil cap not replaced and hood not latched! So this time 40000 I went to Van Horn last April for oil change the works. Witch I do every 5000 miles. The oil cap not replaced and hood not latched! So this time 40000 miles they managed to put someone else’s wheel on my truck. Went back and they gave me mine. The last dealership I went to for all my other service, always left something under my hood! They wouldn’t do the multi point inspection. At Van Horn the service writer was great, gave me some free car washes and was very nice. I’ll probably will give them one more chance to get it Wright? More
