I came in to the dealer to get my car fixed on the friday before and I saw the car i bought. That night when i got home i told my husband about the car and he said when i go back on Monday to Talk to someone before and I saw the car i bought. He said that if it was something that fit with our budget to go ahead and buy. So when I Got there on Monday and drop my car off I again looked at the Mazda 3. While looking at the car Francis came up to me and asked if he could help me. When we sat down and he saw that I delt with Dan in the past he gave me to Dan.Dan was oce again very helpful with giving me information on the car. He brought one car out of the lot so that I could take a test drive. While out on the test drive he he showed me opions on the car, he also told me not to be afraid to drive the car like it was mine.through the whole process of purchesing the car everyone answered any questionsthat I asked. And I thankful that you have Mike B. dealing with the money part because he came out with a coule of options for financing the car and also asked if we wanted to put diability on our loan wich totally slip my mine.Thank you to all at Van Horn for a great job. As soon as we arrived with our vehicle to be serviced with an oil change Scott greeted us warmly and checked on any recalls it might have, then said it would be done in a timely fashion. I was able to schedule my repair quickly and at a convenient time. Although I did not need one this time, a loaner is always available if necessary.
