Service Department all stars! To say my Hyundai Entourage was in bad shape is an understatement. I came into Van Horn Hyundai just over a week ago, frankly at my wits end. I was an To say my Hyundai Entourage was in bad shape is an understatement. I came into Van Horn Hyundai just over a week ago, frankly at my wits end. I was an emotional basket case, and service advisor Brian Siegert handled me with kid gloves. There was a lot of work to be done, and we were not sure if it would be covered under the extended warranty. They worked on my van on the 1st day, & Brian kept me updated each step of the way. Finally, he got the word my warranty would cover it! While he had nothing to do with that, he understood what a huge weight off of me that was. They took care of all of the work, & gave me a loaner car to drive in the mean time. My van had "open heart surgery' as he put it, but now it runs amazin! Thank you Brian, & Van Horn!!! You guys ROCK! More

Scott Richards always goes beyond what is expected in a service advisor. He treats his customers like friends, and always makes sure top-notch work is completed sooner than expected. Scott alerts me when service will be needed in the future, before it becomes a problem (like "...rear brakes beginning to get a little soft. I've noted it so we'll make sure to check them at the next oil change...). He also looks for ways to save me money (like "We'll check those brakes again when you get your tires rotated. It'll save some time and money, as long as we're already taking the tires off."). Scott truly cares about treating people right, and in my experience, he exemplifies the qualities of all Hyundai employees. Donna Tashe also does a little extra, like reminding us to check for coupons on FaceBook and such. She encouraged my wife (a teacher) to fill out a contest entry form, where one of the prizes was a set of school supplies. And my wife won those school supplies! She's been using them all school year! Such wonderful people! More
