Another great repair experience I was changing out my rubber brake lines for stainless. Bought a great kit from Moss. Got three of the four replace, no sweat. But the right rear, I was changing out my rubber brake lines for stainless. Bought a great kit from Moss. Got three of the four replace, no sweat. But the right rear, which has a brass manifold to feed both left and right calipers; had a nut so stuck that no amount of fiddling, using PB blaster, etc would work it free. Rather than cause damage, I called Van Horn. They fit me in; did a fantastic job on that fourth wheel. I also had and H&R front sway bar I hadn't put in yet. They did both jobs in just a few hours with their typical excellent work. One thing I found really great was there was no shaming my failure to get the fourth line replaced. I really appreciated Scott and his team doing their usual fast, friendly, high quality work. This is an awesome service facility. We've several vehicles, not all of them Hyundai's or Mazda's; and Van Horn is fantastic on all of them. Don Olson almost always is the guy working on my Miata, and his work is top notch! More

Great Repair Experience Took my 06 Tiburon SE in. While I was able to swap out the front rotors and pads, when it came to the rears, they were stuck on. I whacked with a sl Took my 06 Tiburon SE in. While I was able to swap out the front rotors and pads, when it came to the rears, they were stuck on. I whacked with a sledge as much as I was willing and decided VHC would be better, in case whacking became bad. Of course they have better tools, and while I could see it was not a trivial removal, Bill got the rotors off fairly quickly. I like how he took care to thoroughly clean the caliper slide pins; and in fact did a few other adjustments to ensure the new rotors and EBC YellowStuff racing pads fit well. I appreciate his attention to detail. Once again, I didn't come feeling embarrassed at my inability to do the full job myself. I really appreciate that! VHC just does consistently great work, no matter the brand of car I bring to them (9 to choose from in my garage). More

First time ever I traded in a vehicle with more gas than the one I purchased. Had a couple of issues so far that were covered by warranty. thank God, and am working on another one currently, so we will see how they handle this one. It appears that this dealership purchases many vehicles that have been damaged and repaired and put up for sale, mine was one. They said the damage was minor enough that a report was not provided, so I really had no idea what kind of damage or where it occurred. I looked it over pretty well before purchasing and didn't see the evidence of an accident. Well I'm starting to see it now. The damage was significant enough to be showing signs of repair and the workmanship is very poor. This information should have been provided, and I did ask. The poor workmanship was not evident at the time of purchase, so it was a good make up job, and now the makeup has washed off. Not what you expect from a "Certified" vehicle More
