Loved the experience so much we bought two cars in a day! We had stopped in to Van Horn Hyundai a few months ago, Jim greeted my wife and I in the lot and was very kind, and wasn't forceful like so many sales We had stopped in to Van Horn Hyundai a few months ago, Jim greeted my wife and I in the lot and was very kind, and wasn't forceful like so many salespeople can be, he understood we weren't quite ready to drive off the lot that day with a new car. We knew that day when we were ready to pull the trigger on a vehicle we'd want to work exclusively with Jim. Which brought us in on the 12th of June. My wife and I requested to meet with Jim again, we spent the majority of the day with him, so long in fact that he shared his wifes rhubarb torte with us because we were there through the lunch hour! By the end of the day we had bought two vehicles from Jim. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and kind, yet wasn't too pushy like I said. When we showed our new vehicles off to our some friends (some of which need new vehicles) I highly recommended them to speak with Jim. I walked in wanting to purchase a Mazda 3 Hatchback and Joe answered all of my questions and gave me all further information I needed to know about this car. If there was a question that he was not sure about he made sure that my question was directed to the appropriate person. Financing was easy and I had 2 cars to trade in and believe I got the appropriate trade in price for them. Joe even went with me to my home to pick up the other car! Because there are technical things that I don't quite understand, Joe said that I could come back at any time to have things explained and shown to me. The was a very pleasant car buying experience and I have gloated about Van Horn Mazda to my friends and family and recommended that they go to Van Horn Mazda before going anywhere else! Never had a problem they didn't work to fix I have a new Mazda CX5 and have no issues with the car whatsoever. I have been able to schedule oil changes without more than 3 day wait. When I had to wait for car mats that they forgot, I was offered a free car wash and given an additional oil change coupon. Above and beyond my expectation. More
