I get there and asked for Zach who pawned me off on another sales rep "who did nothing" I asked if Gina would be in on our conversation she wasn't. My first experience with VHCars was great, my 2nd time as horrible and my 3rd time "today" was worse! I'll never buy another car from VHCars! It was a waste of my day plus gas money to get there!!! They do excellent work, explain everything well and are very courteous. Just before winter I purchased new tires. Last week I picked up a nail in one of them causing a slow leak which make the "Low tire pressure" light go on. I thought I'd have to buy a new tire ( the nail was in an area that couldn't be patched) then found out from Kendra that the tire was under warranty for road hazards. The service and tire didn't cost me a penny ! I really love the service department. Brian, Scott and Jay have all been great through the years. I started buying cars here and bringing them back for service since 2004. More
Shady Dealings I had an appointment to go and look at a vehicle at Van Horn, when I was finally able to meet with someone and after all my paperwork was processed I I had an appointment to go and look at a vehicle at Van Horn, when I was finally able to meet with someone and after all my paperwork was processed I told home I was told that the vehicle I was interested in was sold. My appointment was at 10am, and I know things can happen, but I find it strange that over a week later the car is still listed on their website. And if it really was sold, why didn't the dealership call and give me a heads up? I live over an hour away, and it was a complete waste of my time. I would NEVER work with this dealership again, as they seem to have some shady business practices. More

We ended up finding a better deal on a Mazda 3 at Holiday in Fond du Lac. Francis emailed me asking if we were still interested in the Mazda 3 at their dealership. I emailed back stating we had found a better deal elsewhere, but thanked him for his help. He replied by saying "oh, so you took my numbers and got a better deal somewhere else, thanks". I could not even believe what I was reading. NEVER have a dealt with such a rude sales person. I did not use his numbers. I did an internet search and found a better price. I forwarded the email to the manager there and they tried to fix the problem, but I just could not see dealing with them at that point. More
