I was able to schedule the work at no cost to me. I was also able to get a loaner vehicle for the evening while the work was being done. Another great service experience Took my '06 Tucson back as it was tugging to one side. about 10,000 miles ago I bought a set of Pirelli tires from Tire Rack and had a local Saukvill Took my '06 Tucson back as it was tugging to one side. about 10,000 miles ago I bought a set of Pirelli tires from Tire Rack and had a local Saukville shop install them and do a 4 wheel alignment. The car tugged left so I took it back. They "adjusted". But it continued to tug. I finally got tired of it and took it to VHC. Turns out the "local" shop installed the tires inside out - and they are directional tires. The alignment was totally wrong. So VHC corrected those issues. Car drives great now. One of my remotes died and a battery replacement didn't help. They replaced the remote and programmed so I've not got two functioning remotes. While I didn't have the work done yet; their records indicated I've some springtime work to get done; but I decided to postpone. More

Too long Overall have had good experiences with Van Horn, but just took my Genesis in for a simple oil change and waited over 1 1/2 hours for it to be done. BAD services and alot of lies I was told by Fred i was approved for a 2013 hyundai that all I needed was 1000.00 and insurance and it was mine. I told him I'd be back in 2 weeks to I was told by Fred i was approved for a 2013 hyundai that all I needed was 1000.00 and insurance and it was mine. I told him I'd be back in 2 weeks to pick it up. In that 2 weeks I called twice a week just to make sure the car was still there and that all i needed was insurance and 1000.00 and was always told "yes". The day before i went to pick it up i called and anthony even gave me the vin number so that I could get insurance. I don't live close to sheboygan my son brought me to van horn where Fred told him he could leave everything was set for me to take the car home. 3 hours later of them giving me the run around one minute i was approved for a vehicle and the next min i wasn't and me crying not knowing what to do, not knowing how i was going to get home. I'd asked Fred if there was a taxi service and he told me " I don't know look on your phone". I was floored. I went outside found a taxi called them. Costed me 100.00 to get home. I called the GM the next day and explained what had happened and he said" huh sounds like they just didn't want to sell you a car" . !!!?????? More
