Amazing Experience!!!! I am from Chicago and was looking all over for a Kia Rio SX. No one around Chicagoland had one in stock and I was searching on Cars.com. I finally i I am from Chicago and was looking all over for a Kia Rio SX. No one around Chicagoland had one in stock and I was searching on Cars.com. I finally increased my search area to 150 miles and a preowned 2013 Kia Rio Sx came up in my search. Low and behold, the vehicle I was looking for was located at Van Horn Hyundai in Sheboygan, Wi. I immediately called and spoke to a salesperson by the name of Jim Rauhut who was extremely helpful. (And happens to look like Mike Ditka, by the way) There was an issue where I did not understand a state law in Wisconsin about deposits on vehicles and I became weary of buying the car. Low and behold, I received a call from the General Manager who took the time to explain the Wisconsin law that states if you want a dealer to hold a car for you, you need to put down a deposit. All I can say is how amazing it was to receive such personal attention. I then made my appointment for a Saturday and when I got there, the car was ready to go and all I needed to do was sign some paperwork. This was the fastest car purchase I have ever experienced! All I can say is that I would highly recommend Van Horn Hyndai in Sheboygan, even if you live in Chicago. It is worth the drive to have such an easy, friendly car buying experience. AWESOME !!! We found the vehicle we had been searching for online at VanHorn Hyundai. We had some concerns because we live in NW PA and buying a car from 600+ mi We found the vehicle we had been searching for online at VanHorn Hyundai. We had some concerns because we live in NW PA and buying a car from 600+ miles away was a bit scary. Crissy was amazing - she emailed answers to my million questions and pictures. When she did not know the answer, I then talked to Dennis who was as friendly as they come. When we decided to go ahead and travel out to look at the car, we talked to our salesman Jim and Tim the finance manager. They helped us thru some preliminary paperwork and again answered any (many) questions we had. Everyone was WONDERFUL!!! We were given a very fair trade and drove home in our new Veracruz. I would highly recommend this dealership. More
