My car has almost 100k miles on it and had been taking it to a different service center for the last 2 years. However, they no longer service Mazda and recommended I take it to Van Horn. Predictably thorough and accurate service. This visit, like previous, keeps me coming back. Is part of the reason my 122,500 mile car looks and runs like new. While I had to rate price great, I like others would always like a lower price. But, I think what I got for the money, compared to; for example; service on my 'Vette at my local Chevy dealer, is outstanding. I always feel like I got great value for my dollar. I definitely appreciate options; what can I put off to next service visit, what is essential for safe, economical performance now is something Van Horn Service Advisors do very well. More

Our son's first new car purchase this past week (and 2nd Sonata) has certainly met & exceeded his expectations. Finance certainly met his criteria and got him financed as sole owner. This is the second generation in our family to work with your family and car #5 between our family and yours. My husband & I in the past 2 weeks have worked with service and body shop on our Santa Fe and our interaction with Marsha & body shop was assuring as this was a new experience for us. Our ongoing interaction with service is always pleasant and a no-shock experience. Whether it is maintenance or warranty work, it's always as promised. Anything unexpected is always relayed with a phone call and the relevance/importance is always discussed as there are times we can't always get everything done in one visit. There is no reason we would look to another dealership for any of our family's needs. More

Horrible customer service with sales managers and was lied to on many occasions after our van needed servicing after 1 month. First told us they would send gas card for our milage to their service dept f lied to on many occasions after our van needed servicing after 1 month. First told us they would send gas card for our milage to their service dept from the Fox Valley after they were not able to help us and recommended we take to a Dodge/Chrysler dealership. Finally had it serviced closer to home and bill was $185 for shot spark plugs and dangerously low trasmission fluid, which I'm sure should have been part of their inspection before putting out on the floor. Was told by Mike, sales manageer, that he would send us a check for the cost. Over a week went by, no check. Called and spoke with Dennis, who was very rude, and stated we needed to send a receipt of work done in order for them to compensate us, which I was never asked to do when I spoke with Mike. Did send the receipt via email 2 days ago, have not heard back. Have called and left messages, no response. Have a message into the general manager, hopefully he is more customer focused. I would not be giving a bad review had Mike taken care of this from the start. He was also the one who told us he would send a gas card for our wasted time and milage. More
When I called up to make the appointment Brian was very friendly and he got me in for an oil change within two days at a time that was good for me. When I got at the dealership Vail waited on me within a friendly and he got me in for an oil change within two days at a time that was good for me. When I got at the dealership Vail waited on me within a short amount of time, but all the service advisors were very friendly when I got at the dealership. Doug left everything the way I had it, he did not change the mirrors or the way I had my seat. Donna was very pleasant and friendly as usual. More
It had been a long time since we purchased a car from a dealer. We were not expecting to make a purchae for a year or two, but life sometimes has other plans. When we drove into the parking lot, in the middle of winter, there were salesmen welcoming us. This was the only dealership where someone greated us outside, in the cold, willing to answer our questions. Eric Foster our salesman- what a great guy! Immediately we felt the honesty and integrity Eric had. He did not push us, he was truely there to help us. We test drove several vehicles with him, despite the very cold temperatures! He took his time with us, answered our many questions and helped us in our vehicle decision. Thank You Eric! Dennis Erdly, you have a tough job & you did it well! More
I drove from Milwauke to Sheybogan to purchase a vehicle Saturday February 8th,2014. Upon review of my credit I did not qualify to fiancé the vehicle. The dealership said that they would lease me the vehicl Saturday February 8th,2014. Upon review of my credit I did not qualify to fiancé the vehicle. The dealership said that they would lease me the vehicle for 3years 36,000 miles. The stipulations of this lease would require me to put 4k cash and they would give me 1k towards my trade in. This would be a total of 5k down on a vehicle that was listed for $15,400. My payments would be $330 a month for 3 years(I did inform the sales rep that I could only afford $250/month).I arrived at 11:30 am and did not leave until 3:30 am. At the time I only had 3k cash with me and I informed them that I could get the additional 1k the following Monday 2/10/14. I was suppose to meet the finance manager on Monday but he informed me that he had a trip to the Dells and would not be available until Tuesday 2/11/14. I told him that I would call him when I was off of work and we could meet to finalize the deal. I test drove a Chrysler aspen truck. Upon starting my vehicle the check engine light, the tire pressure light came on. Also the radio/navagation was broken. The radio played music but there was nothing visible on the screen. They did agree to fix the radio, as well as the other issues. On Tuesday 2/11/14 I contacted the finance mager on his cell phone and informed him that I had some concerns about the stipulations of the lease. He never responses. Not to let me know that we would not be meeting up or to let me know that a sales rep would contact me the next day. My sales rep tome Lewis finally contend me on Thursday 2/13/14. I informed him that I did not feel comfortable paying an additional 1k towards my lease and I would need the miles per year bumped up to 14,000/yr and I would take the vehicle. He stated that he would "talk to someone" and get back to me. I did not here from him until 6 days later 2/19/14. He informed me that I would have to bring the vehicle back if nothing has changed on my end. In other words if I was not giving up another 1k in cash I had to bring it back. I voiced my frustration with him as to why it took so long to get back to me, and I didn't know if I would be able to cancel my plans that evening to return the vehicle. I informed him I would call him back. I then contacted my sales rep at 5:30pm and left a message on his voicemail that I am on my way to return the vehicle. I arrived at 7pm. As I entered the building the finance manager asked me why I was here and I explained to him that I am returning the vehicle b/c I will not put down an additional 1k. His response was if we can make the 3k cash work can we finalize the deal. I told him no, I have already driven over an hour to return the vehicle I would just like a refund. The sales manager Micheal Leon informed me that the person who is responsible for refunds has left for the day and I could not get my refund of $3,000 at this time. I WAS OUTRAGED!!!!! Micheal Leon gave me his word that the finance manager would personally bring me my check the following day 2/20/14 when he left work at 8pm. He blantaly lied to my face. It is now 10:23pm on 2/20/14 and I have yet to receive my check for $3000. I'm sure it's in the mail. I would never do buisness with this company. BUYER BEWARE WHEN DEALING WITH VAN HORN HUYNDAI OF SHEYBOGAN. THEY GIVE CAR SALESMAN A HORRIBLE REPUTATION. Sent from my iPad More
