Hello Mr. Peace, Thanks for sharing your info and again we apologize for things that got in the way of you having a better experience. Sounds like some of the information didn’t get transferred between a few of our employees and this may have been what caused the awkward situation. After reading your letter it appears that you decided to change the structure of the lease with a lower down payment which would change the final lending decision. We however needed to translate this information back to you in a timely manner and return your deposit as previously agreed to.
